Cookie Policy
Cookies and other technologies for reading/storing information on the user’s terminal.
We may use cookies (small text files transferred from the web server to the user’s computer) and other technologies to read and/or store information on the user’s device, such as fingerprinting or Clear GIFs/Beacons. These technologies inform the server about the user’s access to a specific web page, as well as any other information obtained from system-readable parameters via functions contained on the web page, to personalize and facilitate the user’s browsing experience and, in some cases with their consent, to enhance user profiling for advertising and/or commercial purposes. Cookies can be “temporary” (or session cookies, which are deleted at the end of the connection) or “permanent” (which remain stored on the user’s hard drive unless the user deletes them).
The cookies used by our websites are divided into two categories identified by the Italian Data Protection Authority (the “Garante Privacy”) with its General Provision, the so-called “Cookies” Provision, dated May 8, 2014. We follow the provisions of this Provision regarding information and the need/methods for obtaining consent. Specifically, this policy also represents an extension of the summary banner already displayed to the user when connecting to the website and/or installing the app.
Based on the aforementioned provision of the Italian Data Protection Authority, our websites and apps use:
Third Party Cookies
When it comes to so-called “third-party” cookies or technologies, i.e., those installed/used on the site by parties other than the Data Controller, the user grants or denies consent directly to the owner of the cookie and/or technology in question, to which the Data Controller merely refers via a link.

The use of additional persistent cookies and session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable safe and efficient exploration of the Site. The so-called session cookies used by the site avoid the use of other IT techniques that could potentially compromise the confidentiality of users’ browsing experience and do not allow the acquisition of personal data identifying the user.
